Description
We are an academic family going on sabbatical for the 2026-2027 academic year. Our house is large, family-friendly, with TONS of storage. It is located within walking distance to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, parks, good public schools, and is in one of the City's most desirable neighborhoods. We both bike to UVA for work. The house is 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an office! There is also a separate utility room with washer, dryer and even more room for storage. The kitchen and family room were renovated in 2016.
