It's voted one of the top places in Paris for a first date! - it has a WASHER/DRYER and a Dyson AIR PURIFIER with HEPA and activated carbon filters which make it cool and breathing really pleasurable; - the TYPICALLY FRENCH wooden floorboards, "poutres" (ceiling beams) and sculptural wrought iron railings outside; - we have a selection of FRENCH CLASSICS (DVDs & books), guidebooks & novels set in Paris for you to borrow... and a dictionary ;-) - it's in CENTRAL PARIS so you can walk everywhere, but the metro and bus stop within a block from home if needed. NOTRE DAME, the LOUVRE & POMPIDOU Museums are all 10-20 minutes from home; - Only 4 minutes walk from Le MARAIS; - it's known to be a very FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD with a FUN mix of stores, restaurants and cafés; - SUNDAY FARMER'S MARKET just round the corner; - SECRET: we're a stone's throw from a smaller version of PLACE DES VOSGES (same architect, no crowds). Picnic on the lawn under the trees while reading - or writing - a great novel... - there's a SWIMMING POOL on the block; - last but not least, it's on the 4th floor with an ELEVATOR in CENTRAL PARIS.
