An upstairs den, attached to the front bedroom, contains a new trundle sofa with two single beds (this den can serve as a third bedroom ). There is also a small study attached to the back bedroom. Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with all appliances and service for 8; two television sets (in living/dining room and upstairs den); a stereo; a Wifi speaker; a router for streaming internet content (but no cable TV); a new washer and dryer; luxury sheets and towels. There is a porch in the front, and a small patio in the back which contains a hot tub; and a working baby grand piano. Street parking is never a problem in this safe residential area. The other half of the house is occupied by our son, who will help you get oriented in New Orleans. Easy access to streetcars to the French Quarter and City Park (a block away).
