We are an Canadian-Italian couple who spends several months a year in Italy. We are looking for a couple or small family who will enjoy our home as much as we do! If you have a well-behaved dog, this rental is possible (but no cats due to allergies). Let’s talk! Our home is modern and open, and we love to cook! You'll find a fully stocked kitchen including espresso maker and dishwasher. In fine weather you can enjoy dining in the backyard. 2 levels (main and upper) include 2 bedrooms, an open dining room, living room and modern kitchen, plus a sunny separate office. We live in a friendly residential neighbourhood with a walk score of 98. You can literally walk to anything - small grocery stores, independent coffee shops, local restaurants, a great yoga studio, drug store, library, boutique retailers and much more. There is a beautiful park just steps away with a an off leash area, pool in summer and skating rink in winter. The house comes with a parking pad for one car. It's a very convenient location to explore Toronto, a short walk to the subway (Coxwell station) going downtown, a bus line to the lake and a tram line (506) across the city, as well as bike lanes across the Danforth.
