We are renting a charming 1914, 3 bedroom cottage, in the upper beaches. Hardwood floors throughout, wood-burning fireplace, piano, high ceilings in main space, bathroom with a deep, retro-claw-foot bathtub, stained glass accents, French doors from the kitchen lead to a deck; we also have a large, private yard, with numerous mature trees and sitting areas. Our eat-in kitchen has wrap-around windows that provide a full view of the entire yard (great for keeping an eye on your children). This is a very unique home with lots of character; friends say it’s like “living in the country”. On the bike path and Public transit bus stop directly outside; a 3 minute walk to 24 hour streetcar service, 12 minute walk to the subway/tube; close to "water sprinkler park", a large tobogganing hill and an outdoor skating rink; 15 minute walk to the beach, the boardwalk, shops, cinemas and more; and a 5 minute bike ride to endless waterfront trails. Tenant downstairs is looking to share with respectful, friendly tenants upstairs. We are renting from October 2025 to June 2025 with the option of extending this term. Please email stumpybay@gmail.com if interested.
