Cambridge third floor bright condo near Harvard Square

Martin? is a fantastic host—quick to respond, accommodating, and very flexible. She’s friendly, reliable, and it was an absolute pleasure staying in her place. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing, and we spent nearly 10 wonderful months there during our fellowship. It’s bright, spacious, in a great location, and close to everything. The apartment has everything you need for a happy and comfortable life. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the academic year of 2022-'23. Martina is very responsive and helpful with any concerns, and maintenance issues were handled promptly. The apartment itself is lovely with lots of natural light. In the winter, it was warm and cozy -- the heating system is extremely efficient. Also, the apartment is completely furnished and stocked. We brought clothes and books; everything else we needed was already here. The neighborhood is charming and very quiet. The location was perfect for us and is a very short walk to Harvard Divinity School, Harvard Law School, Harvard Yard and many Harvard libraries. Porter Square is nearby with groceries and others amenities.

We (family of three) spent a few months at Martina’s beautiful apartment in the spring of 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Right from the first contact and throughout our stay, she was very helpful, quick to respond to our every query and always attentive to make sure that everything was in perfect condition in the apartment. We would be very happy to return.

This is a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. The place is bright, well-planned and well-equipped with a terrific balcony for dining and hanging out. Martina is very accomodating and responsive, and it's been a true pleasure staying in her apartment. Highly recommended!!!
