Upper East Side Yorkville 1 Bedroom GREAT LOCATION

I stayed in Sara’s apartment for 4 nights in March and it could not have been more perfect.

From the start, Sara was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. She sent useful details about the house and surrounding area in advance, making the move in process seamless.

The apartment itself is brilliantly located, just one block from the Q train and local buses, so it’s a great base for exploring New York.

It is cosy, comfortable, and a complete haven. I will absolutely be booking again next time I am in the city. Thank you so much, Sara.

My wife & I stayed 4 nights in Sara's lovely, cozy UES apartment in early December 2024

The apartment is 1 flight up, the bed in the bedrtoom is comfortable, the kitchen provides everything. needed to cook at home. Whole Foods & Fairway markets are a short walk away ,& good ingredients are available for cooking if desired. The location is one block from the Q train at 83rd st & along with the cross-town buses at 86th st & the 15 & 15 express buses on 2nd & 1st Aves ,it is easy to travel all over the city. A number of cafes restaurants & bars are close by,

Sara is a welcoming. & responsive host & made our arrival , stay & departure simple ,very pleasant & straight forward,

I very much enjoyed staying at Sara's apt.—for two weeks in September. The place was unbeatable, ten minutes or so from the Met/Central Park, but not so touristy, with a great many restaurants and subway station, and major grocery stores nearby. The streets around were always livery, but the apartment was very quiet, felt like a little sanctuary in the midst of the bustling mega-city. All the essentials were there in the apartment. Also, Sara was a great host, thoughtful, and very quick to respond. I highly recommend this apartment..
