The owner is the only other person living in the apartment. You'll share the living room, the all-season sun room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The half bath is yours alone.. You'll share the full bath for showers. In nice weather, you share the use of a outdoor porch for sitting and reading or just lounging. There is central air conditioning. Your bedroom is 10' x 12' with a twin bed and mattress, a desk, and a closet. There are 3 spacious drawers under the bed. Large items, like suitcases can be stored in a clean basement room. You'll share the use of the washer and dryer that are in the basement. I have a small, elderly Shetland sheepdog that is enclosed in my bedroom at night. She is very sweet and friendly. I also occasionally board one small dog who would also sleep in my room. Furnishings, linens, towels, dishes, and cookware are provided. Just bring your suitcase! The owner is female and is looking for a female tenant.
