118 square meters (1270 sq. ft) renovated apartment - 4 months rent

We are a family of 5 (2 engineers + 3 kids) renting out our furnished 4 bedrooms apartment during our 4 months sabbatical leave. We are planning to travel by bicycle around Europe next summer ; Our flat will be available from  MAY the 1rst to AUGUST the 29th 2026. Our apartment is located in a quiet quarter called “Béalières” in Meylan. Meylan is a very nice city, full of nature and close to Grenoble. Within 5 minutes walk you can find many parks, restaurants, bar, shops and an open air biological market every Thursday evening. Within 5 minutes walks, you will also find the direct bus line C1 to Grenoble city center (and train station). Our flat is very quiet but still close from the city. In summer, because of nature and trees, temperatures are cooler in Meylan than in Grenoble. We love our 118 square meters (1270 sq. ft) charming apartment ; We renovated it in 2023. Divided into 4 bedrooms (one with a king size bed - one with a floor cabin bed for baby - one with a bunk bed - the last one with a special bed which could be eather two trundle beds or a king size double bed), large living room with an opened kitchen, 1 office, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and toilet - one with shower), separate toilet. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen (all cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, gas hotplates, oven, sink with drying rack, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster). The apartment has two balconies (in two rooms) and one terrace (in the living room). During summer, you will enjoy natural sun light inside our apartment and trees foliage.
