Our house is available for short-term (minimum 2 weeks) and long-term rental. The house is located in Chestnut Hill, a quiet residential section of Brookline, close to main universities and major Boston attractions. The house is at walking distance from Baker School and shops at Putterham Circle and Hancock Village, and very close to the Faulkner Hospital, Dexter School, Park School, British International School, and Showa Boston. It is located at the top of a hill, featuring a front yard and 3 decks at different levels facing a wooded area in the back. On the first floor there is a living room, a den/TV room, an eat-in kitchen connected to the dining room with access to a furnished deck, and a full bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with two twin beds, an office, and a full bathroom. In the basement there is a bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom has independent street access through the second deck. The second deck is also fully furnished. In the basement there is a laundry room with washer and drier. The house has 1 parking space. Our house is one block from a bus stop. A 10-minutes ride on this bus (route #51) brings you to the C and D subway lines, which connect to the main Boston attractions, hospitals and academic institutions. Boston College is less than a 10-minutes ride by car. We are close to Harvard Medical School, the hospitals and the colleges in the Longwood area, as well as Boston University main and medical campuses and Northeastern University. We also have a second home in Brewster, Cape Cod, that is available for exchange.

Comments: The MBTA bus #51 stops one block from our house, connects with the subway Green Line. Harvard medical School and the hospitals are 4 stops away.
