Beautiful, quiet very bright and pleasant attic for rent

Maria was an excellent host, and the apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and wonderfully situated.

We very much enjoyed our stay of just over a week in Maria’s stylish and distinctive apartment. Though quite modest in size, it incorporates a number of unique design features that makes the most of the available space. The apartment is comfortable and functional, with some wonderful aesthetic touches. It is close to the vibrant, cutting edge Isola district of Milan, in the north end of the city, away from the commercialized touristic areas, but with excellent transportation links to the centro. It was a pleasure dealing with Maria, who was an efficient, conscientious and welcoming host.

Maria Scarpini is a wonderfull host, always available to help. Her flat is comfortable and equipped with all amenities, and furnished with unique design pieces. From the large window in the living room you can enjoy a fantastic view of the new skyline of Milan. The flat is well served by public transport (the underground station that leads directly to Duomo is only 6 minutes away) and it is located in a lively and quiet neighbourhood with a large supermarket and interesting spots of original cuisine.

We stayed in this flat for 2.5 months in 2018. It was a great experience. The flat is in a small but quiet building in a good neighborhood. It has the right size for two people with everything needed for a comfortable daily life. It is very bright with plenty of sunshine. As it is on the top floor, it has some very nice views of the city. What we enjoyed the most is the convenient location. Several supermarkets are nearby and there are many restaurants. The metro station (which I used to commute to a university campus) and tram stops are not far. The neighborhood is safe. We never had any problems even walking at night. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who plan to spend some time in Milan. I personally would come back again to stay in this place if I had an opportunity. Maria is a gracious and understanding host. We would be happy to rent her place again. Very highly recommended!

The flat where we stayed for a month was bright, very quiet and with a great view over Milan's skyline. Perfect for two persons but the sofa could become a really comfortable double bed. Maria was an excellent host. Highly recommended.
