We are flexible with start and stop date. Our policy is a 30 consecutive night minimum. Select the date range that works for you. We are near several bus stops on the Ann Arbor bus line and four blocks to Michigan Stadium. There is a free University bus at the Crisler Center that is a 12 minute walk away. It's a five minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor. It's a thirty minute walk to the heart of central campus through the beautiful Old West Side neighborhood. The studio is second story, above proprietor's workshop with a private entrance. It has a nice west facing porch. Ideal for a professional or academic. Perfect for medical personnel needing temporary housing. There is a super comfortable queen bed. Radiant floor heat and air conditioning. We provide quality bedding and towels. There is a 32 inch flat screen and excellent wireless. There is ample street parking on our block. Friendly managing couple lives in the house behind the carriage house. We are available if needed but will honor your privacy. Please - no pets, no smoking, no children.
