LA Luxury Condo, Centrally located

Welcome to our recently renovated condo in a walkable neighborhood, which is quite unusual for Los Angeles! This condo is on the top (3rd) floor of our building, and across the hall from our permanent residence! Our building has an elevator, secure garage parking, and a lap swimming pool. We are walking distance to markets, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Our location in Sherman Oaks is central to everything in L.A., and close to all freeways. Please enjoy playing our Pleyel grand piano, and cooking in the chef's kitchen including a 6-burner, double oven Thor range. The condo has a king-size bed and a queen-size Murphy bed, and a heated-seat bidet. One can get anywhere from our place in about 20-30 minutes: from the coast, to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, downtown, and many hiking trails. LAX is 45-60 minutes. (Depending on the time of day!) We are one block off famous Ventura Blvd with a huge selection of restaurants, shops, and markets. A large park and recreation center is walking distance: less than a mile away.
