Our house is a great layout for both families or folks that work remotely as it is spacious and has unique layout that can double as a fun play area for kids upstairs or working area. We have a backyard and patio that is great to hang out in during the summer time as well! On the second floor, we have a master's bed, bathroom and a room that can either be a) baby room w/crib (what photos currently show), b) office (can remove the kid dresser under desk and it's a great to work from with nice light) or c) have twin bed for kid or adult to stay in. On the top floor, there is a couch that converts to a queen bed, a large desk to work from and a nook that can be either a kid's play area or another room to sleep in. The photos show two twin mattresses pushed together in this nook which is nice to hang in, but can also be moved around to accommodate how you'd like the house set up. Basement has additional bathroom and washer/dryer. The home is in the great neighborhood of Christie Pitts in the West End of Toronto - walkable, 5 min to subway station and tons of parks! This area is great for both families and folks that enjoy coffeeshops, bars, music and is a short ride down to the lake.
