Enjoy Boulder this fall from our comfortable and peaceful home. Dates are flexible. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with mountain views and easy access to parks, trails, Boulder Creek and downtown Boulder. The main living area has a gas fireplace and an open layout with high ceilings, skylights, and large south facing windows that bring in plenty of natural light. There are mountain views from both guest bedrooms, kitchen and backyard patio. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower, 1 with a bathtub) on the main floor that have all been recently updated. There's a 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed in our recently renovated downstairs along with a washer and dryer, an updated bathroom with a shower, a separate office and a big kid-friendly family room providing plenty of room to spread out with a huge sectional couch, TV, board games and a foosball table. There's a sliding door that leads to a fenced backyard, along with a covered patio, gas barbecue and outdoor umbrella, table and chairs. The backyard gate opens directly to walking and biking paths. A city park, recreation center, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, playing fields, fishing ponds, a dog park and a beautiful creek path are all within a few minutes’ walk from our house. Downtown Boulder, CU Boulder, and mountain hiking are all very convenient to get to, about a 10-minute drive away, and public transportation is within walking distance, making it easy to settle in and explore everything Boulder has to offer!
