Our home is one half of a sunny 3-story duplex. The first floor has an entry hall, a fully renovated kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half-bath. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (one with a California King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one with a bunk bed with twin mattresses) and a full bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and laundry (stacked washer and dryer). The third floor has an additional bedroom with a twin daybed and a futon mattress, an office, and an additional full bath with a clawfoot tub. A Prius is available with a parking space behind the building.

Comments: Our home is located in the Eastside of Providence, a highly desirable area nestled between College Hill, home to Brown and RISD, and the Seekonk River. We are one block away from delicious delis and cafes, as well as a convenience store. Also, the popular Wayland shopping area, filled with boutique shops and restaurants, is about a 10 min walk away. For those with younger kids, two playgrounds are located within a short walking distance as well. Providence itself is an easy 1-hr train ride to Boston, MA and 3-hr train ride to New York, NY.
