Description
We are a family with a wonderful apartment on the upper west side who is looking to spend a year in the Bay Area. We have been residents of New York City for about 13 years, but have roots in the East Bay and are hoping to give our children the opportunity to spend some time in the beautiful Bay Area and with their grandparents. We have a will-be 7 and 4 year-old and are looking for a home in a neighborhood that has strong community, parks, and a good schools. We are offering the same with our apartment!

Comments: Our home is on a tree-lined block where the Upper West Side meets Morningside Heights. The neighborhood bustles with small restaurants, bagel shops, and late-night spots filled with students and longtime locals alike. There are also grocery stores (around the corner), casual eateries, and delis. A short walk west leads to the peaceful paths and green lawns of Riverside Park, where residents jog along the Hudson River or sit on benches watching the sunset. To the east, Morningside Park provides dramatic cliffs, basketball courts, and community gardens.
