An artist loft in Chicago

Hi There. I will be on sabbatical in the 26/27 academic term and I I would like to exchange my home for a period of that time. I live in a lovely truly Chicagoan artist loft. The building, a century old was a former shirt making factory in the late 19th and earliest. part of the 20th century. Located in Wicker Park / Ukrainian Village it is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Easy parking. One block away from the Blue Line Division stop. I live on the top floor with banks of windows on three of the four sides of the 1500 square foot space. It has amazing views of the downtown skyline. and the sunsets can be memorable. Wicker Park / Ukrainian Village. Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Easy parking. One block to Blue Line Division stop. Unit has dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with DVR. I’m looking to exchange in cities that I have relationships with or interest in. During my sabbatical I plan on working on a treatment for a video project and as such my needs in terms of space are quite simple. To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a sculptor and teach in the visual arts program at the University of Chicago.
