It's ideal for families or writers looking to relax or concentrate (or both.) It's located in Sant Martí d'Empúries, a beautiful enclave of the Costa Brava. Besides the beach, walking just a few minutes you'll find the medieval city, the ancient Greek and Roman ruins, and other charming seaside towns. The train station to get to Barcelona is 20min away. I'm interested in either renting it or exchanging it with a NYC apartment. Don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions!
