Spacious & bright 2B flat in the charming Old Town

Hello! Our recently renovated cosy and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is right in old town Sevilla, yet in a quiet part of Santa Cruz. It is in the Sephardic quarter, close to all the historic sights but, also conveniently located right next to supermarkets, shops and public transport links. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. We have a dishwasher, washer, mini-oven, kettle, coffee maker, Osmosis filter, toasted sandwich maker, etc. (Check additional pictures in the "Property Link" at the bottom of this page) There are air conditioning units in all the rooms, as well as fans in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a high-quality "Pocket spring mattress" 150x200 bed and the other one is fitted with two 90x200 single beds. There are two desks, one PC display and fast WiFi. There is one full bathroom with a big shower and another half toilet with washbasin and toilet. The flat is bright and it overlooks the beautiful communal garden. There are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars nearby and I will be happy to recommend you our favourite places to eat out. The train station is at walking distance (15 mins) and from here you can conveniently reach other main cities in Andalousia. The bus station Prado San Sebastian with connections to smaller towns in the region is also a 10-min. walk.
