Historic Family Home next to Cornell!

We are looking for someone who'll be visiting Cornell or Ithaca College next year, who would love to stay in a historic and spacious family home with beautiful forest, waterfall, and lake views! Our home features 4 bedrooms; two standard bedrooms about 8*12, one attic bedroom, and one primary bedroom with adjoining bath and office. The home features multiple work and reading spaces designed to take advantage of surrounding nature views. Our home has been recently improved. We've updated the exterior windows, roof, insulation, and HVAC, to minimize heating and cooling costs. We've also recently (within the past 4 years) refreshed nearly all the interior spaces. We also have exercise equipment (Peloton, Pilates Reformer, free weights, etc.), and name brand furnishings. The renter would be responsible for basic maintenance (mowing the lawn, replacing light bulbs, etc.). We are open to any and all creative exchange or rental arrangements!
