We are a semi-retired couple looking to spend four to six weeks in Paris between February and April. Our apartment is situated on the 9th floor of a 1970s apartment block, overlooking both Royal Park and Princes Park. Only a short stroll away, you'll find yourself in vibrant Brunswick with its many cafes, restaurants, shops and lively nightlife. Also close by is tranquil North Carlton, one of the city's most popular inner suburbs. The apartment is adjacent to a convenient tram route, with both the famous Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne CBD only a short tram ride away. The apartment is spacious and light-filled, with an expansive balcony boasting glorious views of the surrounding parklands and the Dandenong Ranges visible in the distance. The apartment building is secure, with fob entry and elevators, and is very well maintained, with a building manager on hand Monday to Friday. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool on-site, with a spacious seating area in a garden setting.
