Upstairs is huge master bedroom with queen bed, and a 2nd bedroom with a double bed, office, and full bathroom. Ample closets, large porch, garden, and off-street parking. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Included in rent: heat, gas, electric. Tenant is responsible for trash removal + snow removal. Looking for tenant who is comfortable taking care of our cat while we're away. No undergrads.
