This is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo in a duplex building. Three beds (two are sofabeds, one is in basement with shower). Central air and heating, A gas fireplace. Basement has treadmill and Peloton bike at your disposal (you must subscribe). TV (but no streaming service provided). Wifi, laundry, and dryer. 2 Bicyles at your disposal. 2 air purifiers. Quiet neighborhood located 15 minutes (by car or 20-25 min by bus) from Harvard Square. The Charles River estuary is a 10-minute walk away. There were 2 cats in residence, so please do not apply if you are allergic. Maximum capacity: 4 people. NOT SUITED FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. There are three cases of steep stairs. Please do not bring additional furniture without owner's approval.

Comments: Door to door 15-20 minute-drive to Harvard University. Public transport to Harvard Square and downtown Boston. No smokers. No pets, please. There were cats in the home, so if you are allergic, please refrain from applying.
