Big terrace, elegantly furnished Apartment on Monte Mario Hill

We stayed in Eleonora's beautiful apartment for 5 weeks May/June 2023. It's a very good solution for folks who need to be in Roma and occosationally go to centro. Balduina has everything you need to live, without any tourists. The apartment is well heated and cooled, and has high quality windows. The beds are comfortable. The dining table is large. The terrace is large with many plants. The kitchen is well equipt, and very functional. The WIFI is very speedy. This is a very functional home which makes living in it easy. Eleonora is extremely responsive and helpful. I hope we can see Eleonora and the apartment again!

Our family with two small children stayed in this wonderful home for 10 months. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space and a private, outdoor living area full of plants where you can play or dine al fresco. Located in a lovely Roman neighborhood within walking distance to supermarkets, meat, vegetable, wine, bread, and coffee shops. It is well connected to the city by bus (990 stops in front) or by train (Roma Balduina, 5 minute walk and connects to Roma Termini, the metro line at Valle Aurelia, or to the Roman countryside). Elio and Eleonora are wonderful and made us feel cared for during our stay. I highly recommend this great place as your number one option for staying, studying, and living in Rome. It's truly fantastic.

The host was very friendly and helpful in many different situations during 5 months. This large apartment is ideal for family of 3-4 persons. It is very well equipped, you will have everything you need and even more, some pieces are just art masterpieces. The area is very nice and safe and well connected to the city (in addition to the bus stops just near to the building, we enjoyed a railway station in 5 minutes of walk). Ever after long walks in the great City we returned to this warm house with a pleasure. Last but not least, Eleonora and Elio are very special personalities. We are proud to become friends with them
