Apartment in Harvard's Backyard

Gorgeous apartment in the ideal Cambridge location! It's a spacious and well-laid out one-bedroom - perfect for one person or a couple. It has a nice size living room with incredible sunlight. It's in the tallest building on our street, so from the couch, we see treetops out of all four living room windows! The bedroom has a full size bed, an enormous closet, AC, and 2 windows. Even the bathroom gets sunlight so bright that you feel like you're showering outside! The kitchen is awesome - marble countertops, dishwasher, etc. There are also hardwood floors throughout. There's laundry and bike storage in the basement and a shared yard to boot! Because we often get asked: we have a full-size bed in the bedroom, which is perfect for a couple. When one bed is not enough, we host guests in the living room on our very comfortable Crate and Barrel couch (which is slightly narrower than a twin bed) and on our top-of-the-line full size air mattress. We are Harvard affiliates and travel often; we rent our place when we're gone. We've rented to Harvard & MIT faculty, visiting fellows and others.
