Perfect for a couple or small family looking to do research or work on film sets, etc. Located three blocks from Frenchman Street; two blocks from the French Quarter. Available for parts of the spring, all of summer, fall, and winter (dates can be flexible). We would prefer to rent for long terms, but we are open to proposals for shorter stays of a month or longer. $3000 per month (renter pays utilities -- we send you the total monthly with receipts). One month deposit due upon signing of lease.

Comments: Street parking right outside the house, never any trouble to park. Delightful neighborhood, steps from French Quarter and Frenchmen Street while still being quiet and residential. Absolutely charming neighbors.

Comments: One month minimum. We prefer people stay for longer terms or full semesters, but we can be flexible. Price pro-rated for partial months after the first month.
