We offer our beautiful home in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, with nice large back yard from Mid August 2026 to end of June 2027 for rent. We are looking for someone to rent our house semi-furnished/furnished. It is suitable for children of any age, although we have a preference for older kids. There is a great Elementary school and Middle School in walking distance from our home (5 minutes); playgrounds, restaurants, small shops and a grocery store are all within a 10 min walk. By car, it will only take you 5 min to a beautiful Santa Monica beach. Timing, rent, and furnishing are negotiable. Our house is 2000 sq. ft., has 3 bedrooms (2 of which are children's bedrooms, master with king bed), 3 bathrooms, one large family room, a living room and a dining room. Outside Patio with dining table and grill. Neighborhood is quiet, but Santa Monica and Venice with all its great dining options and bars is close! Beach is only 5 minutes by car.
