The apartment is located in Via del Lago Terrione, just a few steps from Stazione San Pietro, in a quiet, safe, and well-monitored area, with the local police station nearby. The location is perfect: the Vatican is easily reachable on foot, and from Stazione San Pietro, there are two buses that go directly to the historic center. Additionally, its proximity to the station makes it easy to get to Civitavecchia Port, the departure point for cruise ships. Despite the presence of tourists, the neighborhood still retains its authentic Roman character: it is home to real locals. Walking through the streets, you can experience the atmosphere of a traditional, lively Roman district, with small shops, local cafés, and everyday life. The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator (there are some steps to access the building, so it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues). This small studio apartment, recently renovated and redecorated, consists of a sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), a bathroom with shower and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, and a small balcony overlooking a garden where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. On the balcony there is a washing machine and refrigerator, air conditioning on request. Free Wifi Inside you will find: • Smart TV with access to Netflix (use your own login) • Air conditioning for the summer generally from June 1 to September 30. The activation of air conditioning also depends on the directives of the Municipality of Rome, which may change from year to year. • Central heating, available from November to the end of March, regulated by the Municipality of Rome (it cannot be turned on outside this period) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including: • Stove • Microwave • Dishwasher • Refrigerator (on the terrace) There is a small terrace, perfect for having breakfast or dinner outdoors, with a view of the garden opposite. The area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.
