Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Montreal

We have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment to rent. It is on the 2nd floor of a classic Montreal apartment from the 1910s.. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a renovated kitchen and bathroom (with heated floor!), and a second bedroom with a double bed and a small study area. There are beautiful turn of the century and mid century furnishings throughout. Brian and I are both academics (University of Montreal, Concordia University) and love the location of the apartment for its convenience to both universities (UdeM is very closeby, 5 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by metro; McGill, Concordia and UQÀM are 20 min by bike, 30 minutes by metro or bus). Since we live upstairs we will be there to address any issues that might come up and introduce you to this lovely city. Outremont/Mile End is my favourite part of Montreal. From your balcony you will be able to share in a real diversity of cultures, and appreciate the outdoor living which is typical of the warmer seasons in Montreal. In the winter the apartment is warm and cozy. Outremont is next to the Mile End and near Little Italy. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the metro (Outremont station) and a 5 minute walk in the other direction to the #80 bus, both of which take you downtown. The street is tree-ligned with very close walking access to a great selection of cafes, bars, grocers, boutiques etc. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.
