I would like to rent my apartment in Paris. I am currently working in New York City (NY, USA) for Columbia University. I would prefer long-term rental (at least 6 months) . My place in Paris is a 50 m² one-bedroom bright (east-west exposure) apartment in the center of Paris (district n°12) with 2 small balconies. It is on the 5th floor but no elevators like in many old Parisian buildings. It is ideal for one single or one couple. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with an easy access to the metro (station Dugommier line 6, station Dausmenil Line 8, and station Bercy Line 14), buses, and railway stations (gare de Lyon et gare de Bercy). There is a concierge in the building (very helpful for deliveries and mails) from Monday to Saturday in the morning.

Comments: The rent includes electricity, heating, WIFI, and building maintenance/cleaning fee. I will charge a 100 euros cleaning fee when the tenant leaves.
