The building is in a very convenient location just opposite Bethesda Chevy Chase High School (one of the best High Schools in Montgomery County). The public bus runs to both metro stations from 5 AM to midnight every day. You can go to DC by taking the Red Line metro from Bethesda station, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the heart of DC. The Metro bus runs in front of the building from 5 AM to past midnight every day, at 10-minute intervals on weekdays and 20-minute intervals on weekends. The condo features a full kitchen (Gas stove, dishwasher, large freezer, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes), a nice bathroom, and is well-lit on the 5th floor.
