Charming, unique and very quiet apartment (close to “rue Mouffetard” and the “Quartier Latin”, just in front of the Botanical Garden small entrance). About 67 sq. m. Like a small "atelier d'artiste" in a mews: the apartment looks onto a sunny building courtyard with trees and flowers, and is located at the first (and last) floor away from the street, in a small house (a women's convent in the XIXth century). Large windows. Two bedrooms (one furnished with a king size bed - the second, smaller, with a pull-out bed (= two single beds). New high-quality mattresses. The apartment is fully equipped with linens and dishes. The large living area has a comfortable sofa, large bookcases, carpets, a DVD, internet (free wifi), a CD player; and includes a beautiful and large dinning table.The kitchen (opened on the living) is equipped with a conventional oven, a fridge/freezer, a stove-washer. A great platform over the living area (with a a japanese sofa, a little desk and a large window on the roof) offers an additional space (I used it as a my office, and it's my favorite place in the house: sunny, small and quiet). Bathroom, washing machine, separated WC. Domestic help on request (not included). Apartment made for lovers of charm, books and music: a wonderful atmosphere and an absolute calm in the very center of Paris. No air-conditioning (but two completely silent fans - one floor-standing and one tabletop). No dryer (not much used in France). Final cleaning: 80 euros for stays up to 3 weeks; 100 euros for longer stays. More pictures available by mail.
