Paris 17th, Plaine Monceau, spacious, clear, sunny, 2 bdrms apmt

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was in a pleasant residential neighborhood, on a fairly busy street. The apartment was well equippoed and very attractive. The host was precise and clear with instructions and quick to respond.

The apartment is as described in the posting. It's spacious and is in a good part of Paris, safe and pleasant. The apartment is on the third floor but there is a new lift, so no problems for older folk like me. The owner speaks good English as well as French. A metro stop, Malesherbes, is about 7 to 10 minutes walk away. Go to the stop and catch the metro to the next stop, Villiers. There you will find la Rue de Levis, which has a street market, with food stalls, Monoprix supermarket and restaurants. Maison Marques cafe/patisserie is very good.

Regis was very easy to work with, providing everything needed to reach agreement, pay our deposit and gain entry on arrival, to the bright well equipped 3rd story, elevator accessible corner apartment. The area is perfect; a wondeful bakery that opens early aroiund the corner, groceries, resataurants, cafes and bistros within two blocks. Smaller museums and galleries nearby. Conveniently located near Metro and bus stops but well away from Paris' many tourisists. We would deifintely recommend it as an excllent location for a longer stay.
