1 BR Apt. close to downtown (Minneapolis and St Paul) and universities

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Mike and Jenny's apartment this fall while house hunting in the area. From the outset, our experience was great and we recommend their home.

Mike and Jenny are wonderful hosts who welcomed us warmly. The apartment is lovely -- well maintained and the kitchen fully equipped with what we needed, it worked well for us.

The Mac-Groveland neighborhood is a gem, and the apartment's location allowed us easy access to local parks and eateries. For what it's worth, we love the neighborhood so much we ended up purchasing a home a few blocks away.

In summary, our time in Mike and Jenny's apartment exceeded our expectations, and we recommend it to anyone seeking a residence in the Twin Cities.

Mike and Jenny were the best host/landlords being welcoming, accommodating, and responsive to requests. Especially enjoyed our dinners together as we share culinary menus and good conversations of our travels. The garden apartment located below ground level was light, airy, open and well furnished. I stayed over a year and would definitely return in the future.

J&M are terrific - fun happy hours in their beautiful backyard with lively discussions. The apartment is great, lots of light, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with good linens, fast Internet connection, and very clean (a must in my book). Many biking routes, parks and hiking trails nearby - very walkable neighborhood with interesting homes and three college campuses. Also,J&M are very flexible and respond promptly to any questions. As my granddaughter would say a "double thumbs up" experience.
