It's fully furnished and fitted out, includes all utilities and high speed wi-fi, and is popular with academic visitors looking for a very convenient place to stay. As everything is included there are no other bills or paperwork to sort out. We've had lots of positive feedback over the years from our visitors from all around the world. The flat is available from 1 April 2027 at £1,495 inclusive per calendar month. Approximately 635 sq ft (59 sq m) in size, it has a very spacious open plan living area, fitted kitchen, full cooker, microwave, washing machine, large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, high speed wi-fi, Smart TV, generous wardrobe space, all linen and towels. Non-smokers only. There are also sofa beds in the living room if you have friends or family to stay. The flat is a self-contained part of a private house set in its own grounds. There is ample room to park a car right outside, and good storage for bicycles. The village of Cassington is approximately three miles west of Oxford towards Witney and the Cotswolds. There are frequent buses from the edge of the village into Oxford or Witney (the S1 service run by Stagecoach and H2 service run by Pulhams), and also a dedicated cycle track for those who prefer to cycle into Oxford. It's also a great location for exploring the Oxfordshire countryside, and is close to historic Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. The village has two pubs, one that serves food daily, and no shops. But you can order deliveries online from supermarkets such as Waitrose, Ocado, Tesco and Sainsbury. It's very simple and efficient and a great service.
