Stylish airy house in Leyton

My son and I had a fabulous stay. As the photos show, the house is lovely and we found it extremely comfortable. It is well-appointed, nicely decorated, and full of wonderful books! I felt entirely at home for the month that I stayed and took special pleasure in the fact that the house delightfully reminiscent of my own former London home. The local amenities are handy and the transport links into London are great. Fabia and Philip were responsive, accommodating, and extremely kind hosts. I hope to return soon!

We had the chance to stay at Fabia and Philip's beautiful home for nearly one month this past August, and had a wonderful experience. The house has three stories, which provides plenty of space for families and couples to spread out if needed. The kitchen has been signficantly remodeled and expanded, and can be opened up to the garden, making cooking and dining-in a true pleasure. The home is lined with books and well appointed with art, which makes for a pleasant aesthetic environment. The location is in the East End, but with good connections: 1 minute walk to Leyton and Central line + nearby Queen Elizabeth Park, Olympic village & Stratford. The owners are generous and conscientious. I would highly recommend staying here!

I really can't say enough about how lovely this house is, and what a haven it felt like. The garden was a delight, and the bedrooms were so quiet and comfortable. The top room was really special, as one could lie in bed with the French doors open to the night and read a book, and the atmosphere was unbelievably lovely. The kitchen facilities were also above and beyond. It's one of those houses where everything magically works better than one expects. Ideal.
