Seattle home at the top of Queen Anne Hill

My wife and I have rented from Rick for the last two summers and he is practically like family to us. We brought our one year old (now 2.5) and Rick not only helped us meet other families in the neighborhood, he greeted us the first time with an immaculately clean house and a bottle of wine. His home is in the most ideal location in upper queen anne. For us with a toddler it was heaven because TWO toddler playgrounds are within 4 blocks of the house. We hardly drove at all for a month -- we could walk to everything: coffee, restaurants, the summer farmers market, yoga, accupuncture and grocery stores. We also could take the bus to downtown attractions. The house is a small classically contemporary light filled corner of paradise. If you are looking for the best value in seattle in terms of location and a host whose hospitality is second to none, this is the place for you.
