Wi-fi, basic cable, gas, electric, and water included; tenant pays any gas and electric costs that exceed $500/month. Electric costs are minimal due to solar panels on the property. There is an adjoining small apartment in which the owner lives, so it's easy to contact the landlady. You'll love living here!
