We're walkable to all of downtown and an efficient bike, bus or drive to the University of Victoria, Camosun College and Royal Roads. Our family-friendly and funky neighborhood, Fernwood, offers walkable shopping, schools, and parks. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Rent is $3,300/month, including internet. Dates are flexible for the perfect renter.
