Beautiful 1BR apartment in heart of Paris for short term rental

My husband and I stayed in Anne's lovely, well-appointed one bedroom apartment for a month, and it was an excellent choice. The apartment perfectly captures old-world Parisian charm with its tall windows and beautifully placed mirrors that mamimize the light in this quiet, courtyard-facing home. Both the living room and bedroom are spacious, and the king-sized bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need.

The location is unbeatable. It's surrounded by patisseries, close to the Metro, and within walking disntace of Notre Dame, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Pantheon.

Anne's apartment was a true pleasure to stay in! It's a lovely and airy 1-bed in a super location near the Sorbonne. I had ample space to write at the large living room table, and really enjoyed my hot baths at the end of a long day working on my book. Anne was kind, a pleasure to communicate with, and was always very responsive and helpful when it came to giving me tips on the Latin Quarter. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's a true old-world gem in the heart of beautiful Paris.

This apartment is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well appointed in one of the most convenient areas of Paris. The apartment has everything one needs. The living room has very high ceiling, the separate bedroom has a king size bed, nice bathroom, small but efficient kitchen. It is a spacious, luminous and quiet apartment. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. She was lovely and very resposnive. We are definitely staying there again.

Absolutely a gorgeous apartment! Very centrally located and extremely quiet. The apartment is well appointed and it has everything one needs for a short or long stay. My husband and I had a great experience also with our host Ann who was very prompt in answering all our questions. We highly recommend this place for a truly Parisian experience!

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location in the heart of Paris. The apartment is extremely well appointed in excellent taste and high quality. Though the kitchen is small, the living room is large with high ceilings and a very pleasant feeling. The bedroom is roomy, and both the bedroom and living room have large French windows that open to an internal courtyard. The apartment was impeccably clean and kept in excellent shape. Being set slightly away from the street made the apartment very quiet despite its central location. Staying there made our Paris stay ever more pleasant and enjoyable. It is the perfect place for a couple staying in Paris. The owner, Anne, was responsive and helpful. Communicating with her was easy and pleasurable. I highly recommend this apartment and its owner.

Anne was extremely easy to deal with, clear and simple communications. The Paris apartment is tastefully appointed, with everything one needs. The large living/dining room and the spacious bedroom are lofty and airy with beautifully high ceilings. Being on a central courtyard, the flat is remarkably quiet given it's conveniently located close to the lively Bvd St Germain and other streets with shops, restaurants, etc. Also almost next door to the Sorbonne, and a straightforward walk to University of Paris. An absolutely ideal and lovely place for study or simply for an enjoyable holiday.
