Bright and airy South-East London garden flat

Hello! We are a young couple expecting our first baby. As such, we are planning to do some travelling with our new baby during our year of parental leave. We would love to have someone stay in our home for while we are away! The flat is a ground floor, single level flat in a Victorian building. The flat comprises one double bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. There is also a table in the living room that can be extended to seat up to four people, or can be used as a workspace. The spacious bathroom features a double shower head and bath. The well equipped kitchen opens out directly to the private, south-facing garden with outside seating, perfect for summer evenings. The private garden opens to a larger common courtyard, which is also free for use by guests.
