I am a professional, working in the entertainment business. I will be renting out my home while I am away. It's the upper two stories of a house, there are wonderful neighbours on the other floors and in the neighbouring houses so I need someone whose lifestyle would include being considerate of them. The apartment is close to the subway, and great restaurants, entertainment and neighbourhood shopping are easily reached on foot or by bicycle. The house is recently renovated, right at this moment the shared entryway is not yet completed, but that does not interfere with access at all. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed. There is a comfortable living room, and a large kitchen and dining area, with plenty of counter space and everything you would need for cooking. If you needed more separate beds, it would be possible to replace the twin bed with a bunk bed, or to add a bed in the living room.
