Furnished Victorian Home in West Philly / University City from Dec - March

Our family is going to be traveling for three months this winter. We're renting our entire furnished Victorian house in Spruce Hill near University City from early December through mid-March. There's a big dining room, a separate living room with a piano and bay windows, an office with two desks, a finished basement and 4 bedrooms. The eat-in kitchen has an island, great appliances and kitchen supplies. There are two full bathrooms, a first-floor half bathroom, plus a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have a front porch and a private fenced in backyard, both with couches. Street parking is pretty easy to find. We're on South 46th Street, within walking distance of Clark Park and the shops, cafés, and restaurants along Baltimore Avenue, with convenient access to Penn, Drexel, Penn Medicine, CHOP and Penn Alexander / area daycares. It's a great place to spend a few months getting to know Philly, or to settle in while you're here for work, research, or time with family. The house will be rented furnished. Utilities and internet will be extra ($500 per month). We'd love to find someone who can stay for the full amount of time and would offer a discount if so, but are open to shorter stays with a minimum of 1 month. We can be flexible with the move-in and move-out dates by a few days in either direction.
