We will be away on our own research sabbatical overseas. The home is very well cared for, fully furnished, private, secure, and on a quiet one-way street. The home has a full kitchen with a double oven, induction stovetop, water filter, beverage fridge, and an extra fridge and freezer in the basement. The home is well heated and stays warm and cozy in the winter. Three bedrooms upstairs (King, Queen, and single) with two full baths (one en suite, one with a tub). One bedroom could be used as an office. While it's not formally a gym, the main bedroom has a space for yoga and other workout equipment. We also have a one-person infrared sauna that is a delight in the winter. There is a half bath on the main floor. The furnished basement has a comfy sectional couch and a movie screen/projector. Enjoy nicer days on the front porch swing, or sit in the fenced backyard under a big tree. Single-car parking in a garage. Walk to restaurants, a record store, bars, shopping, grocery stores, and public transit.
