We absolutely love this apartment - it is truly STEPS from Loyola beach! Tennis courts, playground, swimming, beach cafe, picnicking, sunsets - it makes our life beautiful. It has great light and a small deck where we have dinner every night in late spring/summer. 2 Bed /2 bath (if a second bedroom isn't needed we can give you the office instead - we just need one room for storage). In-unit laundry and central air (recently updated) so you aren't too hot or too cold, even in Chicago. Second floor but with no one below, so no worries about your footfalls and downstairs neighbors (perfect for kids!). Easy access to Red Line and buses. Loyola just a couple blocks walk away and not far from DePaul and Northwestern. Parking can be added if you have a car. We love this place - come stay and enjoy the beach for us!
