Our home is nestled high on a hill overlooking Newport, the Pacific Ocean and the Crown of Newport rainforest valley, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Seeking guests who enjoy tranquillity and the finer things in life. An ideal escape for creative inspiration, filled with the sights and sounds of the ocean, open to sea breezes, and surrounded by nature. View the full moon rising over the ocean, a morning sunrise, catch a glimpse of migrating whales. Located between the Pacific Ocean and Pittwater, our home is a short walk from Newport Beach with its many culturally diverse cafes and restaurants. A few minutes walk along the golden sandy beach brings you to the 50m ocean rock-pool. Our lower duplex home has 2 double-size bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area. By the pool, a bbq and entertaining pavilion, the dining table seats 8-10. With a kitchenette in the pavilion by the pool. A second bathroom is adjacent to the pool, pavilion, garden and gazebo. Dine in the Balinese styled pavilion by the pool. Invite family and friends for a BBQ, surrounded by native tropical gardens with expansive views over the valley to the ocean and to Newport reef. Guests have sole access to the garden and pavilion, the pool and bbq, the gazebo, and to all entertainment areas of the property. Access from the street and parking area - by a separate entrance to the private lower duplex via one short flight of stairs. Parking off-street is available for one car. Nearby there are three golf courses, tennis courts, sailing clubs, cinemas, libraries, the Avalon Village and Mona Vale service centre. All within 5-10 minutes drive. On Friday & Sunday from 4pm the Newport Surf Club offers drinks on the verandah overlooking the beach and the ocean at sunset - to meet the locals. The Newport 'Bowlo' has Friday night drinks - a very local vibe.
