Looking for an interim tenant for a Arts & Crafts flat in green Edinburgh

I am an academic at the University of Edinburgh who has lived in this flat for the past three years and I have loved it! The flat itself is wonderful, cosy but spacious, elegantly furnished and decorated without being overstuffed. The surroundings are idyllic as the flats are located within a quadrangle around a green with cherry trees. The flat overlooks the green and includes a balcony. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a sitting room (which leads into the balcony), a kitchen-cum-dining, passages and an entrance vestibule. The enclave is in the Arts & Craft style, offering views of both Arthur's Seat and the Pentland Hills. It is well connected by bus. There are two shops that are walking distance where you can get your daily requirements – a sweet little Margiotta and a huge Sainsbury in a shopping complex. I am keen to have the flat back when I rejoin the university and so, with the permission of my landlord, I am looking for an interim tenant for about 16 months. They would have to sign Scottish Private Tenancy Agreement with my landlord, who himself is the nicest, kindest person. I would be happy to show prospective tenants around and orient them.
