Looking bright topfloor condo with gated parking

Cozy artistic 1 BR apartment with view on the Golden gate (if. you stand on the balcony), close to everything and it is naturally air-conditioned (facing North). The building is big with 124 units and my condo is light, airy and pretty with gated parking. The parking space if just for you and on the same floor is the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, a nice bathtub and the best restaurants of the East bay within reach. Walk to Pixar, Safeway, TJ's, Berkeley Bowl or hop on to the Emery shuttle to the Marina or BART. Get to SF in 30min by bus or car and to Berkeley in 15min. Ample of closet space in the bedroom that has a comfortable queen bed. Quiet time in the building is from 10pm to 8am. For the moment I don't have an extra desk but since there are two tables (one standing bar and one table for 6 people), I am sure you can use one of those. The apartment is spacious enough. It has in-unit washer and dryer. And a drying rack on the balcony. High speed wifi covers the entire condo. Interior is freshly painted and you can enjoy the artworks on the wall (are made by me). You can play the guitar, or watch tv or play music from the fender speaker. Be your own chef in my favorite kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, blender, fridge and freezer.
