Our flat ​is located in the Roncesvalles area - a highly walkable neighbourhood, only steps to restaurants, cafes, ​t​he lakeshore, and close to parks, public transit and the UP/GO Bloor station and the Dundas West metro stop. Our home is fully furnished and well equipped. We are in a turn-of-the-century building​ with ​1​2 ft. ceilings​, 4 large south-facing windows and hardwood floors​. ​T​he apt has a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, ​2 bedrooms​ and 1 full bathroom. ​A​ll utilities - gas, electric, water, WIFI and abundant heat are all included in the rent. ​Coin operated laundry room​ is located in the basement ​a​nd accessible by elevator. We do not have pets, ​b​ut we may be open to a ​quiet pet. ​B​edroom 1: has a double bed with mattress topper, and 2 armoires and a closet. The window has sheers and drapes. Quality linens and towels are provided. B​edroom 2: has a desk, a single bed, a smart TV, plus a double bed up in a laddered loft. This room can function as an office, a TV room and a guest room. Quality linens and towels are provided. ​Bathroom​: shower and ​full bath ​Living room​: ​features a large sofa​, decorative fireplace, an arm chair and a reading chair with a footstool​. We have a stereo system and a turntable. ​Dining room​: the table fits 4 -6 people​ .
